Hey! If you wanna glow without spending tons on fancy stuff, natural beauty tips are the way to go. I tried a few from WellHealthOrganic and thought lemme share some easy ones you can do at home.


1. drink water lots!

Ok seriously, this one sounds so basic but you gotta drink water. Like, all day long. Your skin gets dry and dull if you don’t hydrate. Also, coconut water is pretty cool — I sometimes use it as a face splash too, feels fresh.


2. eat good stuff

Try to eat veggies and fruits, not junk. I’m not saying you gotta go full rabbit but colorful food helps your skin glow. Berries, oranges, nuts… all good. Sometimes I forget tho lol.


3. clean your face gentle

Forget those harsh soaps, they just dry you out. Use honey or milk to wash face if you want. I know sounds weird but works! For scrubs, sugar or oatmeal mixed with honey is easy and natural.


4. make your own face masks

Mix turmeric and honey for a brightening mask. It stains a bit so be careful. Or cucumber with yogurt is nice if your skin feels dry. I do this once in a while when I remember.


5. massage your scalp

Oiling hair with coconut oil helps with shine and growth. I do it sometimes but gotta wash well after or you look like a greaseball lol. Aloe vera gel also good if you have itchy scalp.


6. remove makeup gently

Use coconut or olive oil to take off makeup. It’s less harsh than makeup removers and smells good too. Just rub gently so you don’t hurt your skin.


7. protect from sun

Use sunscreens with zinc oxide if you can find them natural. Sun is bad for skin, makes it old fast. Aloe vera is also good if you got sunburns — just put it on and it cools.


8. sleep & exercise

You can put all the creams you want but if you don’t sleep well or move around, skin will still look tired. Try to get at least 7 hours sleep and walk or do some yoga.


9. chill out, reduce stress

Stress messes with your skin a lot, I know from experience. Try to relax, do some breathing or meditation. Your skin will thank you.


10. use natural stuff like rose water

Rose water is like magic toner. Refreshes your skin and smells nice. Also, green tea bags on eyes reduce puffiness if you’re up late.

So yeah, natural beauty ain’t about being perfect. It’s about little habits and being consistent. Don’t stress if it takes time, just keep it simple and your skin will glow. Hope this helps you like it helped me!
